- Homework Answer Keys:
A note about using answer keys. Moving to the key too quickly when feeling stuck only trains you to look at the key. Try sitting with a problem for at least 3 min before jumping to look at the key. Problems in chemistry take time to solve. Building endurance to wrestle with a problem is really important. At the higher levels of chemistry we give problems that can take days to solve. In actual research, scientists can wrestle with problems for years before arriving at a solution. It is okay to struggle, you are expected to struggle. Struggling does not mean failing. On the contrary, struggling implies you are learning. Remind yourself that you are learning and above all keep trying.
